The focus of your role:
As a Business Consultant for the Comma Group, you will deal directly with the client throughout the engagement. Your main objective will be to implement the new Master Data Management or Product Information Management system following Comma’s delivery model. You will play a pivotal role in the analysis of the client’s requirements, assisting/leading the project team and be responsible for documenting any bespoke solution designs.
The Business Consultant will work closely with the other members of the project team to ensure successful delivery for the client. This role can be home-based for the foreseeable.
What you’ll bring:
Requirements gathering, presentations and workshop facilitation
Strong consulting experience
Stakeholder management experience
Understanding of the key objective of the conceptual design phase
Agile & Waterfall methodologies (experience with both is advantageous)
Process Analysis
Data management experience
Business Analysis
Must be able to capture and document requirements for product data
Ability to produce conceptual models, and high-level data models for the current state of product data
Ability to design conceptual models, and high-level data models for the future state of product data
Must be able to capture and document current and future proposed data flows, with an understanding of how data intersects with these data flows
Must be detail-oriented
Must be able to work with appropriate modelling tools
Must be able to interact with all levels of the enterprise that can provide inputs on data
Product data management experience is necessary
Ability to work independently, or as part of a larger team
