The focus of your role:
Working with social media channels as well as phone and email you’ll be handling inbound enquiries from prospective new clients, finding out more about their data management requirements and identifying opportunities for Comma to offer services.
You’ll also be proactively reaching out to target organizations to connect with relevant stakeholders and make them aware of Comma’s services.
You’ll be supporting events and campaigns run by Comma’s marketing team and you’ll be responsible for ensuring the company’s data records of client interactions is kept up to date.
This is primarily an office-based role and by working in our Warwick HQ you’ll have direct access to support from colleagues. There is flexibility to work from home too.
You’ll also be expected to travel from time to time, to join members of the BD team in client meetings and presentations, as well as to join Comma events taking place in various cities in UK and Europe.
